Here’s how it works:
- Meet at the clubhouse for coffee (full day program) or lunch (half day program) and pre-sail discussion of how sailboats work, different crew positions and the team’s goals.
- Spend the day sailing new 30-80 foot sailboats from point to point or competing in a regatta (sailing race) against your co-workers as each person rotates through all the different positions on board.
- Return to the clubhouse to discuss the lessons learned on the water and how these can be applied back to the workplace.
- Celebrate your accomplishments with post-sail refreshments and optional happy hour.
All Corporate Teambuilding Sailing Programs & Events:
- Are completely customizable and are available in half day or full day sessions
- Take place on San Francisco Bay and depart from Sausalito or San Francisco
- Have experienced captains aboard all vessels
- Are appropriate for sailors of any level
