GrahamComm's Sales Coaching Program is a customized, one-on-one and group coaching engagement designed for individual salespeople and sales teams who want to become more systematic, confident, and successful at every stage of the sales conversation. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, we have coached professionals at companies like Samsung, eBay, Cisco, Facebook, and PayPal. Our structured methodology covers the full arc of the sales conversation, from opening and discovery through presentation, objection handling, and close. Coaching is available both in-person and virtually, with flexible scheduling to fit individual and team needs.

Our coaching programs cater to beginning to intermediate salespeople and are often pared with our Sales Training courses. Each session is unique depending on the salesperson’s industry, sales process, knowledge and experience. 1. Connect: Building genuine rapport & connection with prospects, establishing trust, and creating the psychological safety that makes buyers open up. Mastering first impressions both in person and in virtual selling environments.

2. Discover: Asking the right questions to surface a prospect's real needs, motivations, fears, and buying process. Learning how to listen at a deeper level so you can position your solution with precision.

3. Present: Crafting and delivering sales presentations and solutions that directly address what you uncovered. Using storytelling, data, and social proof in the right sequence to move the buyer forward.

4. Close: Reading buying signals, handling objections and hidden objections, and guiding the conversation to a confident, natural close. Removing the awkwardness from asking for the business.

How the coaching works:

Every engagement begins with a discovery call to understand your specific situation, goals, and the biggest gaps in your current sales process. From there, we build a customized coaching plan.

Sessions are available in-person in the San Francisco Bay Area or virtually for clients nationwide and internationally.

Individual coaching sessions typically run 60 to 90 minutes, with frequency customized to your pace and goals.

Group coaching for sales teams of 2 to 12 is available as half-day or full-day intensives.

Every session includes real-time role-play practice, video review, and In-The-Moment-Coaching so you see exactly what is working and what to adjust.

Each participant leaves with a personalized Action List of their top behavioral Quick Wins to practice immediately.

  • Practice prospecting, cold-calling, leaving voicemails and crafting emails

  • Shadowing sales calls (AKA “ride-alongs”), analyzing recordings and doing postmortems

  • Reviewing and editing sales scripts and processes (CRMs, record keeping, time management, internal motivation)

  • Creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to cement learnings and promote long-term growth and mastery
